Abstract :Energy, poly unsaturated fatty acid, and cholesterol intake and also body mass index (BMI) with blood cholesterol in outpatients with coronary heart desease.Coronary heart disease occurs as the peak in adverse health lifestyle including unhealthy eating patterns. Consumption of foods that high in calories and high in fat can cause negative health effects, such as obesity and high blood cholesterol levels. This study is an analytic study with cross sectional approach, to identify the correlation between energy intake, polyunsaturated fatty acids, cholesterol and BMI in outpatients with coronary heart desease in RSUD Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung province.Variables examined included energy intake, polyunsaturated fatty acids, cholesterol, BMI and blood cholesterol levels in outpatients with coronary heart disease who were in a Poly Heart RSUD Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek, Lampung Province. The sample of this study 46 patients with accidental sampling technique.Based on statistical test showed that the distribution of the age is of 55-64 years old at most (37%), male sex (54.3%), civil servants (47.8%), the most latest education is an undergraduate (60.9%), energy intake is less well respondents (93.5%), intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids is less well (82.6%), unfavorable cholesterol intake (73.9%), most of  respondent is not obese (87%), and having normal total blood cholesterol levels by 58.7%.From the bivariate results showed no significant correlation between cholesterol intake and blood cholesterol levels (p value = 0.035) and no significant relationship between energy intake, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and BMI with high blood cholesterol levels. It is recommended to increase the role cooperation between doctors, nurses and nutritionists to provide knowledge about coronary heart disease, especially about nutrition intake.

Abstrak : Asupan energy, asupan lemak tak jenuh ganda, kolesterol dan IMT dengan kadar kolesterol darah pada pasien Jantung kolesterol darah pada pasien Jantung Koroner Rawat jalan.Penyakit jantung koroner timbul sebagai puncak gaya hidup yang merugikan kesehatan termasuk pola makan yang tidak sehat. Konsumsi makanan tinggi kalori dan lemak yang dapat menimbulkan efek negatif kesehatan, seperti obesitas dan tingginya kadar kolesterol darah.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu melihat hubungan antara asupan energi, asam lemak tak jenuh ganda, kolesterol dan IMT dengan kadar kolesterol darah pasien Penyakit Jantung Koroner rawat jalan. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi asupan energi, asam lemak tak jenuh ganda, kolesterol, IMT dan kadar kolesterol darah pada pasien Penyakit Jantung Koroner rawat jalan yang berada di ruang Poli Jantung RSUD Dr. Hi. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Sampel penelitian 46 orang pasien dengan teknik accidental sampling.Berdasarkan uji statistik menunjukkan, distribusi usia paling banyak berusia 55-64 tahun (37%), sebagian besar laki-laki (54,3%), bekerja PNS (47,8%), pendidikan terakhir paling banyak sarjana (60,9%), asupan energi responden kurang baik (93,5%), asupan asam lemak tak jenuh ganda kurang baik (82,6%), asupan kolesterol kurang baik (73,9%), sebagian besar berIMT tidak obesitas (87%), dan kadar kolesterol darah total normal sebesar 58,7%. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara asupan kolesterol dengan kadar kolesterol darah (p value=0,035) dan tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara asupan energi, asam lemak tak jenuh ganda, dan IMT dengan kadar kolesterol darah tinggi.Sebaiknya perlu adanya peningkatan peran dan kerjasama antara dokter, perawat dan ahli gizi untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai penyakit jantung koroner terutama mengenai asupan gizi.
